Yes. All our prices are in $CAD dollars.
What are the available payment options?
We accept almost all most commonly used ways of payments including:

What are the turnaround times?
We have developed a fast response system, when one average our clients get very fast replies from our team members to process work requests, resolve any issues or address important feedback.
Generally, you can expect your inquiries to get first response within 24 hours with slight adjustment for different time zones.
What if I need to make updates to my website?
There are multiple options to make updates to your website:
Hosting plan with Web Maintenance - we have variety of plans that offer different levels of management:
from hosting only plans, all the way to domain+email+website updates management plans, which include specified number of alternation each month.
For example, adding new products to your store or updates text copies or colors based on seasons/sales on your behalf, so that you can focus on what your are doing best, running your business!
Web Maintenance Subscription - at any time you can add a web maintenance add-on to your hosting plan that would include the desired level of updates per month.
On-Demand Change Requests - if you don't want to commit to a subscription plan, you can place a change request to make updates on-demand, exactly when you need them. No strings attached!
Make Changes Yourself - if you have spare time and patience to update your website by yourself, we can grant you an access to our in-house Drag & Drop website builder for a fixed one time fee. You will be able to log into your dashboard and make any changes, any time!
Do I really get unlimited designs with your Unlimited Monthly Subscriptions?
Yes! You really get unlimited designs and revisions for a flat monthly fee.
No contracts!
No hidden Fees!
You can request as many revisions until you are 100% satisfied. Depending on your chosen plan, we'll either work on one or two requests at a time and deliver within 48 hours.
What does monthly subscription service mean?
Our monthly subscriptions are renewable month-to-month. You have the freedom to upscale, downscale or cancel whenever you want depending on your creative needs.
Is there a long-term contract?
Short answer is No.
For our Pay-per-Use one-time requests, you make a single payment for a one-time service, that you requested.
For our unlimited service subscriptions, you are enrolled on a month-to-month membership that can be changed or canceled anytime.
For large corporate teams, with big and complex design projects, there are more cost-effective 12-month memberships, that will stay an active subscription for 1 year.
Can I change my designer?
To start, we'll organize an on-boarding call to better understand your vision and creative requirements. We'll then carefully review your design brief and assign you to a dedicated designer who best matches your style and has worked on similar projects. Of course, you also have the flexibility to switch to another designer depending on your preference.
How do Monthly Content Creation Subscriptions work?
HOW TO ORDER?
To order one of our monthly subscriptions, just go to our store, place the subscription service item in your cart & pay. After that, your monthly fee will be automatically withdrawn each month, until canceled.
ARE THERE CONTRACTS?
There are no contracts or minimum service lock periods. If you ever decide to leave for any reason, just email us prior to your next monthly payment withdrawal and we will cancel the charges right away.
WHAT DOES THE WORK PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
For our monthly creations, we use a planning software. You will be assigned a dedicated designer and we will also grant you an access to your dedicated "Work Board", where you will be able to submit all your desired pieces of content to be worked on, as well as see the process and suggest corrections & revisions right away.

We strive to make process as easy and transparent as possible to make you feel like home. We involve our clients with a set of revisions & approvals to ensure that we are on the same page. We encourage constructive feedback from our clients and alway keep the dialog going to make everyone happy.
