What is Backlog Queing?
Your dedicated designer will work on 1 design request at a time. As soon as they are done and you approve the design, he/she will automatically go to the next queued request in the list, saving you time & creating more designs one right after another.
Who owns the produced designs?
You do! All of our work is customized for you and your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment we deliver them to you. We can send them in JPG, PNG, PDF as well as Adobe source files - whatever you prefer!
How can I get maximum benefit?
You can maximize your subscription by keeping your queue nice and full, or choose to stack more than one subscriptions to increase your daily design output. This is especially helpful, if you are an agency or requre large numer of designs production daily.
Are there any hidden fees?
We are committed to maintaining a transparent pricing model- this means absolutely no hidden fees. The plan price is what you pay on a monthly basis. No surprizes or extra costs here.
What's the turnaround time?
On average, we will deliver a first concept or next revision within 1-2 business days (24-48 hrs). More complex & detailed projects may take a bit more time but we include estimated delivery times on Live Portal.
Can I talk to my designer?
Yes! All plans include the benefit of real-time communication with your designer through the Live Portal. Once you set up, you can communicate with your teams directly any time: with live chat during daytime hours and project chat during off-hours.
Can you also write for my blog?
Yes! Our Copywriting Plan includes the copywriters team, who will create professional content for your blog or the blog(s) you’re maintaining for your clients. We write in English, French, Russian and Hebrew.
